Bluff Park Townhomes is committed to full compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local fair housing laws. Our Rental Criteria

We select residents based solely on the following objective qualifications, applied consistently to every applicant:

• Minimum credit score of 675

• Verifiable monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent

• Satisfactory rental history with no prior evictions

• Satisfactory background check

• Completed rental application for all adults 18 and older

These criteria are applied equally to every applicant regardless of background, belief, or personal characteristic.

What is the Fair Housing Act?

​The Federal Fair Housing Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and disability.
