1. Fill out the application

Fax the application to 866-334-0129

3. After we receive the application, we will invoice you via Venmo the application fee of $40 per adult.  (all adults who will live on premises must be listed on application)

4. After we receive both the application and payment, we will process your application.

​

5.  After your application is received, we will notify you of your approval or decline.

​

6. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.  However, we will not consider puppies, kittens, or any animal over 20lbs.
