All units have had some upgrades incluiding

New double pane windows installed in 2023.  Unlike the 1970s single paned windows, they do not sweat and the sound reduction is amazing (some photos show the old windows and some show the newer windows)

All units have had new insulation blown in the attic to bring the energy loss down to current standards

New asphalt parking lot in April 2022

Painted doors and updated light fixtures

Safety lights on both utility poles on the property (and we ask residents to leave porch lights on at night for additional lighting) 

Future Improvements include

New Composite decks, no more splinters or faded wood, infact zero screws on the decking surface (all decks are very large measuring either 10' x 20' or 10' x 18", with privacy fences between neighbors)

Remodeld exterior, new siding to cover the non brick portions of the exterior
